Dr.
Fred Morgan of the University of Kentucky has joined the Center
for a Sustainable Aluminum Industry (CSAI) to develop a white paper
on reverse supply chain issues involving aluminum recycling.
Dr. Morgan is the Ashland Professor of Marketing and Director
of the MBA Program in the Gatton College of Business and Economics
at the University of Kentucky, where he has taught since 1995.
Prior to joining UK, he was the first holder of the Siegfried Professorship
in Marketing at the University of Oklahoma. He has also served
on the marketing faculties at Wayne State University, the University
of Missouri-Columbia, and Miami University. He has been a visiting
faculty member at the University of California-Berkeley, the University
of Michigan, and the University of San Francisco.
Dr. Morgan's research interests focus on:
- The effects of the legal environment, especially
product liability developments
- Marketing practices and business strategy
- Distribution channel governance and public policy
issues that affect marketing activities.
